I Ao the result of a pioposal that the Hutt I Valley Cricket Associatjon sh6uld again hold a dance at the close of the season, at which grade winners ? ould be presented with the Wilford-kerr and Hutt Valley Association Shields, a sub-commit-tee comprising Messrs. H. N. Jones, C. i Wrack, H. Goldie, and T. Carter was formed at .last night's meeting of the management committee to' furnish an estimate of the- cost of such a dance at the next meeting of the management committee. Mr. H. Webster presided. An application from Metteis-Umted Cricket Club for No. 4 wicket on the ITetone Recreation Giound was granted I under the same-conditions to those by which General Motors have the No. 1 I wirket on 'North Park.
