"PRIZEFIGHTERS" AND PICKETS
Allegations of intimidation during the recent strike at the Taff Merthyr Colliery were made at a meeting at Cardiff of the Glamorgan' Standing Joint Committee. The Chief Constable, Captain L. Lindsay, said that picketing was indulged in, by members of the South Wales Miners' Federation, and complaints were received of alleged acts of intimidation and interference with members of the rival union, who remained at work. This was denied; by several members. Aid.
