(By Telegraph.-!*** A»od»«on.) AUCKLAND, This Day. The abnormally dry weather has created a situation which the president of the Whole'Milk Producers' Association today described as "desperate." At a meeting today it was decided that a special committee should collect production cost data for presentation to the Milk Council with a view to securing an increase in price immediately. One speaker said it was dimcult to ascertain costs because even now farmers were mortgaging their winter feed. Very few had supplies of maize and turnips. All they had was a crop of white butterflies '
