NAPIEE, This Day.
. Suppression.of his name was ordered by the Magistrate, Mr. Hewitt, yesterday in the case of a business man in a good position who was fined £5 for using obscene language in a telephone box. Later the Magistrate recalled the case to a special sitting of the Court arid withdrew the order of suppression, stating that as the accused had a previous conviction the order could sot stand.
