The condition of the Prime Minister, Mr, J. A. Lyons, who was taken seriously ill at, a Cabinet meeting at Canbeira yesterday, and who was rushed to hospital in Sydney, improved today. His. medical adviser, Shy John MeKelvey, expressed the opinion that thero was no necessity for an operation, and that Mr. Lyons should be able to .resume his duties within a few days.
