ARCHDUKE OTTO HONOURED

LONDON, September 16.
The "Manchester : Guardian's" Vienna correspondent states that an important Legitimist demonstration at Eisenstadt bestowed honorary citizenship on the Archduke Otto, who has similarly been, honoured by | 309 Austrian cities in -the past three . years. ! The Archduko Eugen, returned from exile in Switzerland, represented the Emperor. The demonstration passed a resolution demanding the repeal of the laws expelling the Habsburgs and confiscating their property. ■
