HITCH IN SETTLEMENT
DUBLIN NEWSPAPER STRIKE
LONDON, September 14. • The Dublin correspondent of "The Times" states that tho Typographical, Provident, and Stereotypors' Societies rejected a proposal to submit to arbitration tho printers' claim for a fortnight's wages, this resulting in tho strike continuing.
