BAN ON MOTOR HORNS
NEW ORDER WELL RECEIVED

KUGBY, September 1.
The announcement that the regulation forbidding the use of horns or other warning instruments on motorvehicles after 11.30 p.m. will be extended to all roads in built-up areas throughout Britain has been well received in provincial towns. In accordance with the notice issued by the Transport Ministry, the new order will come into force'on September 16.
Roads in built-up areas are denned as those on which there is provided a system of street lighting furnished bj' means of lamps placed not m.ore than 200 yards apart.
