LONDON, September 1.
In a peep-proof garden surrounded by. a 20ft fence, the first conference of the National Sun and Air Society fu bold at Fincbley. Members ranged from elderly men to a girl aged tour, and included" 'Nonconformist clergymen, solicitors, doc torn, and other professional men,, one Japanese, and a minor* ity of women. Tho chairman, Mr. Hugh Shayler, in au address, said: "We arc not fraaks. We advocate perfect equality of sexes, parties, and races. Tree access to sun and air confers enormous benefits physically and mentally."
Later tho nude man ancfcvoinen wandered in the garden and honse, took tea, ami entered into organised garnet and physical exercises.
