MR. F. C. GOODENOUGH
LONDON, September 1. The death has occurred of Mr. "F. C. Gobdenough. . ■ '
Mr. Frederick Cranford Goodenougli was bora at Calcutta in 1866 and educated at Charterhouse and Zurich Univorsjty. He bold an honorary D.C.L. degree at Oxford. Ho was chairman of Barclay's Bank, Ltd.; chairman of Barclay 'i- Bank (Dominion, colonial, and overseas); chairman of Barclay's Bank (France), Ltd.; director of the Alliance Assurance Co.; director of Westminster Chambers Association, Ltd.; a member of the Council of Foreign Bondholders; and a governor of Charterhouse School. -From 1917-30 be was a member of the India Council. ' •
