OTTAWA AGREEMENT
INDIA AND BRITAIN
CALCUTTA, September 1. The Select Committee appointed by the Central Legislature to examine *he working of the Ottawa Agreement expressed the opinion that on the whole the agreement had mutually benefited the contracting parties and the preferences given by India had1 not adversely affected the Indian consumer or Indian revenues.
