A gallery of some 150 people followed the exhibition match at Miramar yesterday in aid of the fund to send a professional team to Melbourne, A. J. Shaw and R. C, Butlers playing W. Campbell and .f. D. Mclntosh. Shaw was brilliant in the morning, going out in 7 under the standard scratch score, and he and Butlors were 5 up at the turn, and 3 up at the end o£ the first round. Shaw's card vend: — Out, 434233444—31 - In, 444434445—3G Total .... 67 .Shaw and Butters won in the afternoon ■I and 3. Campbell's rounds were 75 (40 — 35) and 74 (3,5—39). Mclntosh was 73 (38— 35) in the morning and 77 (39—38) in the afternoon. Butters, who usually gets round in the early 70's, was 81 (40—41) in the morning and 70 (38—38) in the afternoon.
