BRISBANE RESULTS
(By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Received August 31, 11 a.m.) BRISBANE, This Day. The Brisbane wool sales have concluded. The offering was 10,600 bales, and the majority of the offering was of average and inferior descriptions of wool. Compared with the opening rates good wools were in keeu demand, and values were firm. . Average and inferior wools may be quoted at 5 per cent, down; scoureds 5 to 10 per cent, lower. Top prices for greasy wool were 17d, and for scoured 23d.
