Miss Leela Bloy, daughter of the late Herbert Bloy, of Wellington, has distinguished herself in Auckland as a solo violinist. • She has followed in the footsteps of her father in her devotion to the violin. Although but 15 years of age, Miss Bloy has appeared in public as a soloist in exacting works by Bach, de Beriot, and Kreisler. She was born in Wellington.
