MELBOURNE CITY COUNCIL

The Melbourne City Council, as controller of two of the city's largest park areas, is the embarrassed owner of a. small string of racehorses—two potential winners of the Melbourne Cup and one possible claimant for the Ascot Trotting Thousand.
