ACCIDENTS
Severe burns on the face and legs were sustained by Noel Love, aged 2, who lives at S Salisbury Garden Court, Wadestown, as a result of his obtaining possession of a tin -of caustic soda yesterday afternoon. As a result of being caught between two trucks that were being shunted at Petone at 4.30 p.m. yesterday, Mrs. M. Voller, of 56 Hutt Road, Lower Hutt, suffered injuries to both thighs.
Two accidents occurred this morning at James Smith's Building, where alterations are being carried out. S. Bird, a labourer, of 10 Torrens Terrace, fell through a skylight and received lacerated wounds fo one of his arms, fingers, mid hand. Severe injuries to his nose wore sustained by L. J. Howe, of .11 Martin Square, through being struck by a piece of timber.
