RECORD TAKINGS
The gate takings at the HorowheuuaAustralia hockey match last Wednesday totalled £36,' a record for the ground. At the dance the takings were £27. Prior to leaving Otaki the Australians made reference to the great hospitality, extended to them, and < hoped that the Horowhenua team would in future be included in all high-grade matches. The visitors received many presents, including Maori curios.
