HUTT CLUB'S FINE RECORD

By "Dropklok."

Since their re-entry into senior A grade Kugby Hutt have been a force to bo reckoned with; in fact, during the past few years they havo been among tho strongest contenders for tho championship title In two of the past four seasons they have carried off chief honours —iv 1931 and in 1934. Their achievement this season, as was pointed out in ■ "The Post" on Monday, is tho result of consistently good performance throughout tho soasori. Boiug a strong club thoy havo any amount of material to draw upon, and quite a good deal has been used in kooping tho senior A grade team up to tho mark for the object in view and- so well attained. At the same time tho call upon players for the first team has not prevented tho second team from showing also how well equipped is tho Ilutt Club. Not only has the senior A grado first division championship been won by Hutt, but also the senior B championship goes to the samo club. Tho double achievement in senior football is something of which tho Hutt Club may well feel justly proud. Tho club—those who have played the gaiiio on tho field, those who have attended to tho coaching and the training work, and thoso who keep tho Hutt Club and its forces so well organised—are to be heartily congratulated upon tho fmo record accomplished this season.'
