act play, "At Snobcourt Hotel" (produced by Miss Van Staveren). This was a humorous portrayal of hotel "types, "and its ending was both unexpected and amusing. . Tho second-. play, "At the Photographer's" (produced by Mrs. Martyn-Williams), was equally funny, and showed tho "trials, of an unfortunate photographer faced with tho problem of taking the portrait of a family group. Mr. Jasper Baldwin was the producer of tho^third and final play, entiled "At tho Bibbon Counter." This bright little-sketch consists for tho most part of dialogue between two girl assistants at tho ribbon. counter j and their gossip and : comments aroused amusement in the audience.
Songs were contributed by , Miss Vera Moginie, Miss Davis, and Mr. Gray, all earning.several recalls. Another duet by tho Misses Macintosh and Eubenstein brought i a pleasant evening to a close.
