Italy's wool cmbaYgo against Australia, intended to operate from August 1, so far has not been imposed. It is learned that immediate .action is unlikely, though Italy's ultimate intentions cannot be ascertained. Likewise Germany has not intimated her intentions. . ' -' '-..■■■■
