In the Hampshire tennis championships at Bournemouth, McGr.ath, Stedman, and Miss Joan Hartigan havo all reached the last eight singles. In the Hampshire tennis championships in the second round of the men's singles A. C. Stedman (New Zealand) defeated E. Culme-Seymour, 6-2, /"6.0.
