RUGBY, August 8. Sir Maurice Hankey, Secretary to the Cabinet, and Lady Hankey, who are to bo guests of the Australian Govment dunning the Victorian Centenary celebrations, are leaving London on Friday and will travel viiP South Africa, whore they will pay a series of visits.
