' The Popo has for a long time been worried over tho development of morbid religious practices and hysterical and sensual cults, especially in South America, and is taking, tho unprecedented step of sending his Secretary of State,. Cardinal Pacelli, to open the Eueharistie Congress at Buenos Aires.
Two Italian convents indulging in morbid devotions have been suppressed.
