Iv a match-played at the Pahneiston North Showgrounds yesterday, St. Patrick's College. ■ (Silverstreain), who have had an unbroken! nm of victories since tho. beginning-'of the 1933 season, defeated ' Palmerston North Boys' High School by 16 points to nil, the scora being a true indication of the game (states the "Manawatu Times"). Tho winners obtained possession from the great majority of the set scrums, and line-outs, this giving them a territorial advantage for the greater part of the time. High School held them during the'first half, the Only score during that period- being a penalty goal. St. Pat's took control early in the. second spell, and they pierced the defence on three occasions, two of tiic tries being converted. ■ : Tries for St. Pat's were scored by Reid-(2) and Wilson ■ (1), and Wilson kicked a penalty goal and .converted two tries.
