CHEERFUL REOPENING

■A • cheerful tone characterised the reopening of the London Stock Market this morning but dealings were limited. Features of the markets was the marked firmness of rubber shares and of Britisti Government stocks, which were strong, the 3Vs per cent, war loan being £104, 2s 6d. German- bonds were firm and Austrian loans were steady.
