"Those beyond the frontier should realise that Austrian patience, is ended and the moment will come when the methods applied against us will.be used ■against them," declared Prince Starhemberg, when he-and Dr. Schuschnigg, the Chancellor, outlined the Government's policy to . 300,000 assembled before the ex-Imperial Palace in connection with tho Patriotic Front memorial meeting to Dr. Dollfuss in the presence of President Miklas and members of Cabinet and diplomats. Dr. Schuschnigg said that 'they declined to make peace with the Dollfuss murderers, but emphasised their friendship towards patriotic Austrian workers.
