Power to investigate the affairs of any companies registered in the Federal Capital Territory, the operations whereof the Attorney-General may consider injurious to the interests of the general public, is given by an Ordinance published in a special Commonwealth Gazette. Tho Ordinance covers the same ground as tho Bill passed in the New. South Wales Parliament.
