Cabinet has agreed to Here voi Papen's appointment as German Minis ter at Vienna. Cabinet decided to accept Herr yon Papen unconditionally, • An official statement says: "Atistris will watch with interest how he interprets his mission, which is supposed to be one of reconciliation between the two countries." ••■.-..
