WRESTLING ON MONDAY.
After a week's spell, wrestling patrons in Wellington will have another promising bout provided for them on Monday, when George Walker and Dr. Fred Meyer will contest their first match in Wellington. Along with Koloff and Detton, these wrestlers can be regarded as the strongest of- the team in New Zealand, and their records show that only on rare occasions have they been defeated. Meyer find Walker have'met once before, at Auckland, the match resulting in a draw with ■ a fall to each man. Wellington people have had the opportunity of seeing, for themselves what a capable wrestler Jleyer is. and his match with .Walker, who until this year has been almost invincible, will .arouse great iaterest. . • ,'
