FIRE VAT GISBORNE

(By Telegraph—Press Association;) GISBORNE, August 7. A fire starting from an unexplained causo resulted in considerable damage to the premises of the Te Bau Press Ltd. in the town shortly after 10 o'clock tonight. The blazo started in the machine-room and burned through tho floor in several places. A linotype machine was ruined, and a fair amount of damage was done to other machinery.

Promises below, occupied by Mr. J. C. Hardy, fruiterer, and Paris Houso, a second-hand clothes dealer's shop, suffered extensively from water and sinoko.
