The "Sketch's" Dublin correspondent says that ■ the - Free State Forces Pensions Bill proposes-a pension for every male who part on. either side in the 1916 rising and the 1922 civil war. Mr. do 'Valera 'says that the pensioning of anyone so ever who, according to his,own lights, fought-for or against the State then established, will assist to heal open sores. . ■ j
