OTAKI HEALTH CAMP
During the past twelve months 355 cMWren were admitted to the children's healtii enmp at Otaki; 224 children came from Wellington City, .and: the balance from the southern portion of the North Island. The copper trail, which was postponed last year, will be held' from October 1 to October 31.. The arrangement for this appeal is that the Mayor's Relief Fund will receive half the. net result. The Smith Family has advised that it is not its intention to be responsible for further collections which may bo offered for the health camp. The health camp executive passed a vote of thanks to the Smith Family for its past support, and expressed the hope that in,future citizens will forward their contributions direct to the association's office, 20 Vivian Street.
