REREATU MAY GO WELL
The Paper Money thi oe j ear-old Rereatu, a full brother to Gold Tinge (A J.C Bieedeis' Plato) and Pin Money (CJC Welcome Stakes), was produced m capital condition for his .engagement in the Paerata Handicap at Pukekohe last Mon day (says a northern writer) He began well and was in a good position early in the contest, but dropped back when half this distance had been covered. However, he finished on solidly in the stiaight, ■wheie he again received a check, but foi whtth he would have been closer up at tho finish. Rereatu is engaged in the Mcßae Hindicip at \wipuni tomouow, and'he may here make some amends for his defeat on Monday
