A ROCKET TORPEDO
TOKIO, July 14. Mr. Tsunedo Obara, who is credited with 700 inventions, announces the invention of a rocket torpedo capableof reaching anywhere' in the world, traversing: the stratosphere at 8000 kilometres an hour. A torpedo 100 metres in length would cost 30^000 to 40,000. yen. It is immune from tho "death-ray" recently Uimourieed i» America. Ten-Japanese scientists \vno inspected the torpedo are reported to be astounded by its apparent capabilities
