FINALS AT OAMARU

OAiIARU, July 14. The final of the Australasian Waterloo Cup was run in1 delightfully, sunny weather, with splendid coursing, the hares running exceptionally well.
In the semi-finals Muir and Buddy's El Dorado (Christchnrch) beat R. .Dowling's Native Chief (Cass); C. O'Hara's Homedale (Momona) beat J. MeGrath's Why Worry Again (Oamaru).
In the final El Dorado beat Honiedale in an exciting course by 6 points to 1. J. Stanners's Lady Ruche (Eltham) won the Waterloo Purse, defeating A. Rennie's Sage King (Oamaru). J. Gold's Dad's Selection (Balclutha) won the Waterloo .Plate, defeating' J. Matheson's Grand Eeview (Dunedin). J. MeGrath's Hiss Mannequin (Oamaru) won the maiden stake.
