CONCENTRATION IN AUTUMN
WASHINGTON, June 20.
Mr. C.-A. Swanson, Secretary for tie Navy, has announced that after the summer, manoeuvres In the' Atlantic Ocean, the entire fleet will be concentrated iri-thd Pacific-early in November.. In- passing through-- the;! Panama Canal it will again, attempt to make record time for a mass movement. \
