GERMANY'S CLAIMS

BERLIN, May 30,
General Goering vigorously asserted Germany's claini for the restoration of her colonies in. a speech at the ceremony of investing his police with the traditions of the German East African police. Ho added: "Germany needs colonies; otherwise she would die of internal suffocation."
