(Received May 31, 1 p.m.)
LONDON, May 30,
. The "Sun" says that it is understood that following today's Cabinet meeting' a Note will shortly be dispatched to President Roosevelt proposing a further token payment' on Juno 15, pending a final -settlement. Assurances will be sought that the token will not be construed as default. It is likely, if the United States regards the token payment as default, Britain will pay nothing, but there will be no finality pending further ' conversations with Washington.
