CHEESE MARKET SLOW.
Joseph Nathan and Co., Ltd., have received . from their principals, Trengrouse and Nathan, Ltd., London, the following cabled advice, dated May 30:—"New Zealand cheese, white 44s 6d per cwt, coloured 43s 6d net1 cwt; market slow."
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., has received the following advice from its London house, dated May 30:—"Dairy produce (last week's quotations in parentheses):—Butter, New Zealand choicest salted, 77s per cwt (775----78s); stored, 70s per cwt; market slow owing to Continental descriptions being weak. Cheese, white 44s 6d per cwt (455), coloured 44s per cwt (44s to 44s 6d); market slow." .
