DUNEDIN, This Day. Although the prospectus of Quartz Mountain (Papua), Ltd., was issued less than a v\ eek ago, the company has received so many applications for shaies that the directors have decided to go to allotment, lhe authorised capital of the company which is being promoted in Dunedin and whose interests are in Misima, an island of British New Guinea, is £10,000, divided into 400,000 shares of 5s each, of which 100,000 are to be allotted to owners as fully paid and in part payment of mining plant, leases, and privileges. One hundied thousand are held in reserve
