The Short Title of this Bylaw is "The Wellington City Consolidated Bylaw Amendment No. 4 (Licensed Ifno^f."B^ - V? hi<sles- and Amendment) 1934. The object and purport of the' Bylaw are:—(a) To require name, etc., of the owner to be displayed on taxi-cabs; (b) to limit the number of taxi-cab licences; (c) to limit the working hours of taxicab drivers; (d) to amend the scale of taxi-cab fares; (c) to prohibit parking in Imperial Terrace; (f) to provide for oneway traffic in Imperial Terrace, Roseneath Crescent, Patterson Street, and portion of Grafton Road.
