The Prime Minister (Mr. J. A. Lyons) stated that the Duke of Gloucester had approved a summary of the programme of his visit to, Australia, allotting the time to be spent in' each State. The Duke lands at Fremantle on October 4 and spends six days in Western Australia. He arrives at Adelaide on October 12 and stays six days in South Australia. He arrives at Melbourne and officially 'opens the Centenary celebrations on 'October IS and spends three weeks in Victoria. He j arrives at Canberra on October 24, and then1 returns to Melbourne and embarks for Tasmania on, November 12 ami arrives at Hobart on November 14. He spends "four days in Tasmania.
Ho arrives at Sydney on November 22 ana spends about ten days in New South Wales, and visits country centres en route to Brisbane, where lie arrives on December 1. He sails\ from Brisbane in H.M.A.S. Australia ,for New Zealand on December. 10.
