"MYSTERY" PARTY
ITEMS AND DANGiNG
Misse3 Margot Russell -and Stella Zahara were hostesses for-the social committee of the ',' Younger Set" of the English-speaking Union at a "mystery party" held, at Miss Margaret O'Connor's dancing studio last evening. . '■ - - :.
There were many guests, in spite of tho unpleasant weather, and a refreshingly amusing entertainment, including a burlesque, mannequin parade, humorous sketches, and a "mystery murder trial,?' in which all present took part was enjoyed to the utmost. After refreshments had been served the party adjourned to the upper studio for dancing. ■ ■ . _.-.-.-
Miss Russell wore a dainty frock of leaf green and beige patterned chiffon and Miss Zahara was in mandarin red hailstone muslin. :
Those who took part in the programme were Misses M. Russell, S. Zahara, D. Seymour, D. Hungerford,- P. Fitzgerald, P. Reed, Messrs. P. F Scully, A. Laing, H. E. Knowles, K. Wilson, and A. W. Hunger. Among others present were Mr. and Mrs. Andrews, Mr. and Mrs. J. Smyth^ Mrs. R. Knowles, Mrs. Hungerford; Misses B. Hoskins, N. Houselander, M and J. Rule, B: Woolley, N. Horton, O. Hutchens, E.
