NICHOLSON MISSION

"If you believe in the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ you are in good company,"- said the Key. W. P. Nicholson at the Town Hall yesterday afternoon to a very large audience, adding: "livery Pre-M'illcnialist is an orthodox believer, holding the infallibility and inerrancy of the Word of God, the truth of the Virgin Birth, the deity of Christ, and the bodily ■BesiiiToetion of our Lord." The speaker affirmed that all human government must end in failure, that churches are losing ground by inability to keep pace with the growth of population, and that apostasy and unbelief are rampant in pulpit and

pew. An audience that filled the Town Hall last night listened attentively to ltev. W. P. Nicholson speak on "God's Hell." Ho said in the course of a searching address: "God never made a soul for Hell, He never miule Hell for any soul, but Ho prepared Hell for the Devil and his angels. Tlio fear of Hell may drive men to Christ, but His love holds them there. We may be sure there is a Hell on the authority of God's Word, for our Saviour spoke of it more frequently than He spoke o£ Heaven. Hell lies at the end of every Cliristless life, and men's only escape is hy accepting Christ as personal Saviour." A t Mr. ■ Nicholson's earnest invitation a large number entered tho inquiry rooms for further instruction.

The mission is being continued each evening this week. Tonight tho theme will be "Pentecost—is it Histpiy,.aad..ia it , Personal 2."
