TWO WOMEN INJURED
Wliile proceeding in a westerly direction up the steep end of Vivian Street at about 7 o'clock last night, a ear containing four women stopped as the driver attempted to change, gear and then.ran backwards into n fence. As a result of the accident Mrs. B. Helcim, of 306 Avenue Kourl East, Hastings, was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance, suffering from shock, and :i scalp wound, but she was able to leave later in the night. Moro severe- injuries wore received by Mrs. Sadie ilerep, of SS El lice- Street, Wellington, who was also taken to the Hospital by Iho Free Ambulance, suffering from shock and injuries to her l#ft side.
Two other occupants of the car were not hurt.
