United Press Association—By Electric Tels- . graph—Copyriaht. MELBOURNE, March 29. It is reported in official circles that the' forthcoming Premiers 1 Conferenco at Canberra will discuss a proposal for Commonwealth-wide control of primary industries and restriction of production.
It is believed that the plan will follow the lines of the Agricultural Adjustment Administration ! the United States, and will bo dependent upon an Empire agreement whereby producers will undertake so to restrict specified primary industries as to bring about a properly-balanced scheme of Empire production, the Empire thus working as one economic unit.
