DEBATING TEAM
WASHINGTON STUDENTS
(By Telegraph-7-Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, March 30. At the annual"-meeting -today of the National Union of Students it was reported that arrangements -were nowcomplete for a visit by a teani of debaters from the University of Washington during their 1934 world tour. The team would probably arrive during June.
It was decided to change the iiamo of the organisation to the JTe-n- Zealand University Students' Association. It was agreed that the Joynt Scroll debate be held this jf«ar in Dunedin^ ~-.
