SYDNEY, This Day. .'■ There is less interest this year ■in the' Easter A.J.O. Carnival,^ owing to the nomination ofßogilla. in the Doncaster, resulting in a smaller, field than usual, and also of Hall Mark in the St Leger. The Autumn Plate,' which includes Silver Scorn and Peter Jaekson,,will provide the Sydney Cup trial. It was announced .'today that Silver Scorn is a certain starter for the Cnp on Monday. Peter Jackson', has been slightly lame, and there is some question whether he will start in the Cup. It will depend on how he shapes in 1 the Autumn Plate today. The Sires* Produce Stakes is invested with considerable interest owing to,the presence of the sterling colt Sir Johnj and 'other promising youngsters. The Eandwiek track is in. perfect order, as the result of showers during the' week, followed by pleasant, sunny weather,. .
