(To the Editor.) , "Sir,—What of the motor-bikes? Boar-' ing up and down suburban areas with open, exhausts like a -battery. of machine-: guns. I have seen constables on duty obviously keeping an eye on- the unwary motorist who might exceed twenty miles per hour, but' motor-bike riders continue to make day and night 'hideous without any steps being taken to stop the nuisance. Surely bylaws can be enforced, or are the riders too fast for the authorities?—l am, 6 °'' : . SUBURBAN VOTER.
