(Received March 12, 2 p.m.) LONDON, March 11. The British United.Press Munich correspondent states that a decree recalling the ease of-Noel Panter has been issued by Captain Roehm, commander of the Storm Troops, providing that any German publishing reports of Storm Troops' activities, training, equipment, rallies, and parades is guilty of high treason.
